These government entities have established user-friendly websites.<\/p>\n<p>Port Houston participates in the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts\u2019 Transparency Stars Program, which recognizes local governments for going above and beyond in their transparency efforts and entails a number or requirements.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is exciting to be recognized by Texas PIRG for this achievement.
